Role Overview
The role of Support Assistant Higher Level is an exciting opportunity to play a part in many parts of school life. Responsibilities
- Can supervise groups and classes of pupils in the absence of the teacher.
- Can plan and lead on individual, group and whole class learning activities, advancing their learning on a range of topics.
- Can analyse and interpret data and complete other administrative tasks that will support teachers to prepare for their lessons.
This post is full time 37 hours per week, permanent and term time only plus 5 training days. Benfield School is a fully inclusive 11-16 school. It has a distinct ethos with a strong sense of support and loyalty. Excellent relationships between students and staff and a purposeful learning environment is evident in lessons and around the modernised site. With this foundation, students have a strong platform to be confident, happy and are able to achieve their aspiration.
