NEAT Academy Trust is seeking an experienced Childminder EYSPA to coach four childminders per term across Tyneside, driving quality and wellbeing in early years. The role will be delivered via EYSPH as part of the Best Start in Life strategy, enabling peer coaching and targeted guidance.
You will work with your EYSPH Lead and local partners to narrow the disadvantage gap and enhance language and social development across the region.
