NEAT Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Early Years Stronger Practice Advisor (EYSPA) Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of our DfE-funded programme across the Tyneside Early Years Hub. The role manages the end-to-end programme life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to monitoring progress, quality assurance, and reporting to the DfE.
The position is part-time (18.5 hours per week), fixed term to March 2028, with opportunities for job sharing and flexible working arrangements.
