In this role, you will work in close collaboration with teaching staff to provide high-quality classroom support, deliver small group and 1-to-1 curriculum interventions, and support the overall welfare and educational progress of pupils.
- Learning Support Assistant Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of supporting children in a learning environment.
- Experience of classroom/small group organisation.
- Ability to use language and other communication skills that children can understand and relate to.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative. This role is permanent, term time only plus 5 training days and working part time acccross Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
