Through our Tyneside Early Years Hub, we are seeking a dedicated Early Years Stronger Practice Advisor (EYSPA) Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of our Df E-funded Early Years Stronger Practice Advisor Programme across our regional hub area.
As the EYSPA Programme Lead for the Tyneside Early Years Hub, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality, well-coordinated support to early years settings.
You will oversee the programme life cycle end-to-end β from recruitment, onboarding, and matching advisers with settings to monitoring progress, quality assurance, financial administration, and reporting directly to the Department for Education (Df E).
- Broad, generalist understanding of educational settings
- Experience of coordinating programme/project delivery.
- Experience working with multiple partners.

- Experience managing data and reporting.
