- -Extensive knowledge of the key areas of earlymathematics learning and able to communicate theseclearly and confidently to educators and settings, whilemodelling a positive attitude to early maths
- -Has completed some professional development in the Early Years Professional Development Programme (EYPDP) maths module.
- -Has completed some professional development in the Early Years Child Development Training (EYCDT) mathsmodule.
- -Experience of working with children aged between 0 to 4years old in an early childhood education context.
- -Experience of leading professional development in earlymaths
- -Experience of mentoring others or using a coachingmodel of support, demonstrating the ability to build andnurture professional relationships.
- -Experience of developing and implementing a deliveryplan which addresses the specific needs of early yearssettings and staff with input from key stakeholdersincluding local authorities across multiple areas.
- -Understands the importance of evidence-informedpractice and able to identify evidence-informedapproaches, training and resources.
- -Able to work well with a team of other staff, communicating accurate both verbally and written.
