Head of Technology/ CTO, UK-Remote, £125,000 – £150,000 + Equity & Package

A purpose-led SaaS start-up are in need of a new Technology Leader to join lead their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Head of Technology / CTO who is ambitious, enthusiastic and energetic to play a key role in realising my clients goals. The new Tech Leader will manage & grow a team of full stack software engineers (MERN stack) whilst adopting relevant AI technologies to scale their SaaS platform.

This is a unique opportunity work closely with a knowledgeable and ambitious Founder to build something extremely exciting!

The new Head of Technology / Chief Technology Officer will…

• Design and scale an AI-driven SaaS Platform to support a large user base.
• Lead and inspire technical teams in a high-growth environment
• Hire and onboard developers, DevOps engineers, and other technical staff.
• Effectively scale & structure a high performing engineering team and cultivate a positive & collaborative culture.
• Make architectural decisions and working hands-on when needed
• Utilise a strong understanding of modern web technologies – React, Nextjs, Node with GaphQL, MongoDB and AWS and managing Full Stack Engineers.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with the Founder to ensure business goals are achieved and ARR financial milestones are achieved.
