The Role:
As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, mentoring others, and elevating the NearTech Search brand in your market. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle while building high-value relationships with clients and candidates.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and manage an engaged client and candidate network in the tech space
- Run end-to-end recruitment processes with commercial confidence
- Grow market share through new business development
- Deliver thought leadership and add long-term strategic value
- Mentor junior consultants and support training & team development
- Represent the 11 Investments brand positively and professionally

- Proven experience as a successful 360 agency recruiter with experience in technology recruitment
- A strong individual billing track record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
