Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant role within NearTech Search, part of 11 Investments, focused on software engineering recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage an engaged client and candidate network in the tech space
- Run end-to-end recruitment processes with commercial confidence
- Grow market share through new business development
- Deliver thought leadership and add long-term strategic value
- Mentor junior consultants and support training & team development
- Represent the 11 Investments brand positively and professionally
