As the Contract Lead, you\’ll oversee the full 360 recruitment cycle — from sourcing to client relationship management — within a high-performing, rewarding environment.
Role Highlights
The Senior Consultant will:
- Win and expand client accounts, fostering repeat business across key verticals
- Source, assess, and place top-tier marketing talent using proactive search methods
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to offer negotiation
- Attend and host industry events to enhance presence and network
- Collaborate with consultants across NearTech and 11 Investments brands, leveraging cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
- Achieve a weekly GP of £5-10k
- Proven experience in signing and delivering into new clients
- Exposure to technology markets
- Strong negotiation, business development, and candidate management skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
