As the Contract Lead you will lead on 360 delivery - from sourcing to client relationship management - in a high-performing, high-reward culture.
Role Highlights:- Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
- Source, assess and place top-tier marketing talent via proactive search methods
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
- Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
- Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross-sell into existing 11 Investments clients
- A consistent weekly GP of £5k+
- Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients
- Exposure to technology markets
- Confidence in negotiation, business development and candidate management

- £40k–£50k base + monthly commission & quarterly bonuses
