As a Head of Software Engineering you’ll lead a team of Software Engineers (functional programming - Java, Scala, Python) and DevSecOps specialists, balancing people leadership with technical direction across a modern microservices platform running in AWS and Kubernetes - remaining hands-on with architectural decisions.
