We’re partnering with an international SaaS company that helps organisations to find them an Implementation Consultant to deliver end-to-end software implementations — combining business analysis, solution design, and hands-on technical delivery.

In this client-facing role you will work with a range of companies to translate requirements into effective working solutions – leading API integration and configuration set ups. The new Implementation Consultant will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gathering requirements and mapping business processes
  • End-to-end Technical Implementations
  • Designing solutions and configuring the platform
  • Supporting integrations (APIs, data mapping, troubleshooting)
  • Working closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders
  • Supporting testing, training, and successful go-lives
