Are you a hands-on technical leader who combines strong engineering expertise with the ability to inspire teams, influence decisions, and deliver high-quality technology at scale? We’re working with a fast-growing technology business looking for a Technical Team Lead to help shape the next phase of its SaaS platform. This is a leadership-first role where you’ll play a key part in defining technical direction, supporting engineering excellence, and helping a talented team build secure, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with product and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into technology that delivers real-world impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a B2B SaaS or product-led environment, with a background in high-performing engineering teams where autonomy, technical judgement, and a focus on delivery are highly valued.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing an engineering team, supporting growth, collaboration, and technical excellence
- Owning technical direction and contributing to architectural decisions across the platform
- Designing and evolving scalable cloud-based solutions using modern .NET and Azure technologies
- Guiding engineering best practices around performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
- Collaborating with product and non-technical stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Providing hands-on technical leadership through design, reviews, mentoring, and problem-solving
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading engineering teams within a B2B SaaS, cloud, or product-focused environment
- Strong technical leadership skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Extensive experience with modern .NET (latest versions)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Experience building and supporting Azure-based solutions, including additional Azure technologies such as API Management (APIM), Azure Container Apps (ACA), or Azure B2C would be advantageous
- Azure certifications would be highly desirable
