This is a varied role combining IT support, systems administration, SaaS management, device management and security, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact across the business. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll be the go‑to person for internal technology — ensuring employees have the tools, systems and support they need to work effectively.

- Owning employee onboarding, offboarding and access management
- Administering SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoom and similar business applications
- Managing user accounts, permissions, licences and software access
- Supporting and administering Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to maintain device security and compliance
- Maintaining hardware asset registers and technology records
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and access issues
- Supporting IT security initiatives, device compliance and best practices
- Working with external vendors and technology partners to resolve issues and improve services
What we’re looking for:

- Strong experience managing SaaS platforms and user access
- Proficiency administering business applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoom or similar platforms
- Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, such as Jamf or similar
- Experience managing laptops and mobile devices throughout their lifecycle
- Good understanding of IT security principles, including patching, access management and device compliance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support colleagues at all levels
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to play a key role in improving IT operations within a growing global business.
