The business is building advanced AI-driven products that combine machine learning, motion capture, computer vision, and 3D technologies to solve real-world communication challenges. The team is small, highly collaborative, and research-driven, so they are looking for someone who enjoys working across multiple disciplines rather than staying within a narrow specialist remit. This is a broad technical role with strong exposure to cutting-edge AI applications, product development, and customer interaction. The successful candidate would work closely with founders and senior leadership, helping shape both the technical direction of the product and the wider growth of the business.

What the Role Will Involve

  • Developing and improving AI/ML models used within the core platform
  • Working on motion capture pipelines and 3D character/animation systems
  • Supporting computer vision and perception-based projects
  • Optimising models and inference pipelines for performance and scalability
  • Contributing to product architecture and technical problem solving across the business
  • Collaborating with customers to understand requirements and support deployments
