Role Highlights:

  • Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
  • Source, assess and place top-tier technology talent via proactive search methods
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
  • Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
  • Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross-sell into existing 11 Investments clients

You Will Need:

  • ~3-5 years experience in recruiting for technology roles and/or into Tech/SaaS clients
  • ~ A proven track record, billing £200k+
  • ~ Proven delivery experience, candidate and client account management
  • ~ A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
