Typically partnering with early stage funded start-ups to support growth across technical teams, from Engineers through to CTO level. After back-to-back years of revenue growth since inception in 2024, just like the clients we support every day, we are ready for our own next phase of growth.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:
- Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
- Source, assess and place top-tier technology talent via proactive search methods
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
- Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
- Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross-sell into existing 11 Investments clients
You Will Need:
- 2-5 years experience in a 360 role, with strong work winning capabilities
- Proven delivery experience, candidate and client account management
- A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
- A strong work ethic, with self-motivation in spades
- Experience recruiting for technology roles and/or into Tech/SaaS clients would be beneficial
