The Role will involve:

  • Win and develop client relationships within high-growth tech markets
  • Deliver on roles through a headhunting-led approach
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to offer
  • Build a strong candidate network and carve out a niche tech market
  • Represent NearTech in the market through consistent, credible communication and networking

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a 360 tech recruitment role
  • Evidence of winning new business and building out a successful market
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A consistent work ethic and ability to manage your own time

Monthly commission + quarterly bonuses (up to 40%)
