As we rapidly expand our strategic focus into Data & AI-driven software, we are seeking a Vice President of Revenue to lead an integrated approach to Sales, Marketing and Partnerships across Europe – with a particular focus on UK & Ireland markets.
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role responsible for driving growth by winning new clients, expanding strategic accounts, accelerating partnerships and building a repeatable, scalable revenue engine that positions Nearform as the go-to partner for modern digital and AI solutions.
The Role
Nearform is seeking a VP of Revenue to lead Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships across Europe, with a focus on driving growth through digital, data, and AI solutions.
Reporting to the Managing Director for Europe, this senior management role will own regional revenue strategy, expand strategic accounts, build key hyperscaler partnerships, and lead a high-performing commercial team. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in digital consulting and services, with a strong track record in scaling revenue and aligning go-to-market efforts in fast-paced, enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Own and deliver the European revenue plan, including growth targets across core digital engineering, modern managed services, and AI transformation projects.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on consultative selling of digital products, modernisation, data platforms and AI solutions platforms to mid-market and enterprise clients in UK and Ireland.
- Guide sales strategy to identify and close high-value opportunities that align with clients’ AI transformation agendas.
- Establish a structured sales process and pipeline discipline, ensuring visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability.
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Oversee the regional marketing strategy, aligned with global brand and growth objectives, to ensure strong market presence across key industries and offerings.
- Ensure campaigns, content, and events showcase Nearform’s differentiated capabilities in Data & AI, cloud-native engineering, and open source innovation.
- Drive synergy between marketing and sales through shared KPIs and tightly integrated programs that deliver qualified pipeline and measurable ROI.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
- Expand Nearform’s strategic partner ecosystem, with emphasis on building deep relationships with hyperscalers and niche partners, aligning with co-sell priorities and joint go-to-market plans.
- Establish and maintain executive alignment with partner teams to unlock modernisation, AI and data opportunity pipelines and market development initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new technology alliances and ecosystem collaborations that enhance our digital and AI services portfolio and access to enterprise accounts.
Commercial Strategy & Leadership
- Serve as a key member of the European leadership team, shaping regional strategy and executing go-to-market priorities with a strong focus on digital, data & AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our Americas Leadership Team and global revenue organizations across Nearform to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, share best practices, and drive cross-regional growth initiatives.
- Define and execute a repeatable commercial model that supports sustainable, scalable growth across multiple service lines and industry verticals.
- Contribute to company-wide OKRs and collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Product, Data & AI, and Talent to ensure alignment around customer value and market fit.
- Lead commercial planning, including target setting, resource allocation, partner planning, and reporting in collaboration with global revenue operations.
Required
Experience and Skills
- Executive-level experience owning the revenue function across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships in a high-growth digital consulting, AI, or cloud-native services environment.
- Proven track record of growing new business, expanding strategic accounts, and developing high-impact partner go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle – from data readiness and platform build to model development and operationalization.
- Experience selling AI-enabled digital products, data platforms, and modern cloud-native architectures into enterprise accounts.
- Expertise in leading and motivating commercial teams, with an emphasis on value-based and consultative selling approaches and diverse commercial models.
- We are a remote first business but this role will require regular travel to London & Dublin to visit team members, clients, prospects and partners.
Desirable
- Experience leading commercial functions in remote-first, distributed organizations.
- Familiarity with regulated industries, such as healthcare, telco, finance, where digital, data and AI transformation are priorities.
- Deep knowledge of partner programs and joint GTM planning frameworks (e.g., AWS , Databricks, Open AI, Grafana)
