About the Senior Product Designer Role: As a Senior Product Designer at Nearform your main task will be to confidently work with clients that need guidance on how to turn their idea into a tangible product. Your responsibilities may also include:
- Helping clients clarify and enhance their business objectives through the lens of design.
- Planning and executing UX research on a small scale project basis.
- Collaborating with client design groups on various aspects, including contributing to their design systems and working with brand teams.
- Facilitating workshops and smaller scale creative problem-solving sessions.
- Working with and supporting Design and Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborating with client teams.
What we are looking for in this person:
- Significant experience delivering at a Senior Product Designer level, typically with at least 6 years’ commercial experience.
- Deep knowledge of user interface design, with experience in projects like rich web apps/websites, mobile applications, and enterprise/B2B software.
- Practical experience across the product design lifecycle, comfortable with UI design, user journeys, personas, and prototypes.
- Experience helping customers and development teams apply a user-centred design process.
- Extensive working knowledge of design tools, such as Miro, Figma or equivalent.
- A good understanding of modern web technologies.
- Practical experience in evaluating products with customers and conducting user testing.
- Experience delivering in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
