The Brand and Creative Studio at Multiplier drives the storytelling that amplifies our purpose, building experiences that inspire, resonate globally, and shape a bold, differentiated brand.
We’re looking for a Visual Designer to help evolve and express Multiplier's brand visually across every touchpoint. You’ll translate business goals and campaign strategies into bold, culturally relevant creative platforms, driving the development of scroll-stopping social content, brand systems, omni-channel campaign concepts, and event activations. You’ll collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and marketers to build cohesive, high-impact visuals that keep our brand fresh, consistent, and inspiring. You’ll report to the Sr. Brand Designer and be a key contributor to Multiplier's in-house Brand Studio.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design bold, social-first visuals and campaigns that bring the brand story to life across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and marketers to create integrated campaigns, hero assets, and visual systems for both paid and organic channels.
- Develop and maintain scalable brand and design systems, templates, and toolkits that ensure visual consistency and creative efficiency across teams.
- Translate the brand system into high-impact creative for events, presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Support visual direction for video and motion projects through key visuals, storyboards, and moodboards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, ideally in-house or at a creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social-first design, campaign concepts, and brand storytelling.
- High proficiency in Figma for brand systems and collaboration. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of social and digital platforms, formats, and content best practices.
- Strong grasp of typography, color, and layout fundamentals across digital and print.
- Experience working within brand systems and scaling design across teams.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
- Bonus: Experience with art direction, motion design, or AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, etc.).
