Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their workforce and employment needs.
- Assess client goals and challenges to develop customized EOR solutions.
- Design comprehensive multi-product solutions that align with client requirements and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to create robust and scalable solutions.
- Conduct demos of the technology solutions.
- Stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations to ensure EOR and global payroll solutions adhere to legal requirements.
- Guide clients on compliance issues and help mitigate risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Present and communicate EOR and/or global payroll solutions effectively, addressing client concerns and questions.
- Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of EOR and/or global payroll solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on EOR and global payroll processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Create educational materials to enhance client understanding of EOR and global payroll services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the EOR and global payroll services framework.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's EOR offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Employer of Record services.
- Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and process development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
