Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Design Manager to lead our small design team and build the systems that make our brand move faster, smarter, and more consistently. This is a hands‑on role — you’ll design high‑performing marketing assets while ensuring workflows, templates, and processes empower the wider team. If you love rolling up your sleeves, balancing craft with operational rigor, and turning brand ambition into repeatable execution, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a small design team, while staying hands‑on with high‑priority projects.
- Design and deliver high‑performing paid media campaigns, lifecycle marketing campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention, and sales enablement assets.
- Create social assets and email templates that support growth and conversion.
- Build modular design and brand systems, templates, and asset libraries to scale creative across channels and markets.
- Establish and maintain workflow processes, governance, and DAMs to ensure quality and consistency at scale.
- Track design performance, creative velocity, and efficiency—turn insights into smarter systems.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams to align creative output with business goals.
- Keep projects organized and flowing smoothly using tools like ClickUp, balancing speed, quality, and impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in hands‑on marketing design within a scale‑up or fast‑growing company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑performing, data‑informed campaigns across paid media, social, email, and sales collateral.
- Experience running A/B tests and optimizing creative based on performance metrics.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with operational rigor, scaling teams and processes without bottlenecks.
- Excellent visual design taste and understanding of paid media, social, email, and sales collateral.
- Experience building templates, systems, and repeatable frameworks for multi‑channel marketing.
- Comfortable interpreting data and business metrics to inform creative decisions.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, able to clarify priorities and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
