Senior Growth Product Designer

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Product Designer to supercharge our Product Growth efforts! As a top-level individual contributor, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how users engage with, discover, and stick with our products. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners and designers across Sweatcoin, crafting seamless experiences that speak with one voice and have a real impact.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into growing our community of over 170 million users worldwide.
What you’ll do:
- Lead design initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to experiment with existing and new features to boost conversion metrics.
- Design data-driven user flows, prototypes, and interfaces with a laser focus on growth optimization.
- Bring the perspective and needs of Growth design to larger strategic design projects.
- Contribute to programs beyond Growth design to elevate overall design capabilities.
- Collaborate on, improve, and adapt our design system to keep things fresh and consistent.
In doing this, we expect you to:
- Demonstrate excellence in leveraging experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Advocate for designing with growth in mind across the entire business.

- 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on growth metrics.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with hands-on experience in user research and testing.
- End-to-end UX/product design expertise, tackling complex challenges and turning them into impactful, user-friendly solutions.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, user behavior analytics, and CRO.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, marketers).
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
- Collaborative spirit to brainstorm and iterate with fellow designers.
- Preferred background: experience or a passion for health tech, fitness apps, or health & wellness.
