As our Technical Packaging Designer, you will fuse creativity, technical expertise and your passion for beauty to create standout packaging. This will match our own ethos of sustainability, innovation, and ethical responsibility.

You will be collaborating with the team to deliver best in class packaging solutions, balancing aesthetics, functional design, sustainability, and commercial viability to create a design for life.

You will be translating a creative brief into technical packaging designs for bottles, jars, lids, pumps, and shives to name a few, always looking to innovate with modern materials, recyclability, reusability, and waste reduction.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years’ experience in technical packaging design
• A natural creative with knowledge of packaging materials, techniques, sustainability innovations and production processes
• Ability to balance deign and creativity with technical precision and commerciality.
• Intermediate Excel skills and Microsoft suite plus experience with NetSuite is desirable (training available)
• Can demonstrate technical ideation whilst delivering to industry standard
