You have the key as we open the door on a brand new store in Westfield London. As our Store Manager, you will lead the way with proven sales management experience and a strong track record of successful business growth. You will be leading and inspiring a team of Customer Advisors in providing our customers with a high touch customer experience, sharing your passion for Neals Yard Remedies. You will be super motivated to deliver on KPIs, increase customer loyalty, and create a positive environment to thrive in.

Identifying opportunities, you will elevate our customer experience, whilst moving our business forward with high-level commercial awareness, experience of retail operations and the ability to build collaborative relationships with retailers and customers alike. You will help deliver an effective business plan to achieve our vision and goals. You will have previous experience of working as a Counter / Store Manager within a Beauty Brand or be ready for the next exciting stage in your career. Your passion for beauty, skincare and wellness will be infectious, together with experience in delivering on commercial objectives through a customer first approach. You will be bringing the 'WOW' to our customers day – everyday.
