As our Customer Advisor in our Shrewsbury Store, you'll join a friendly team that connects Neals Yard Remedies with customers. You’ll support the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities by using a warm, caring approach to build lasting relationships with inspired customers. You’ll be part of a knowledgeable and friendly team passionate about sharing experience on skincare, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs. You’ll demonstrate products, including mini‑facials and arm massages, and handle ever‑changing priorities with ease. You’ll be a real people person, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude, and comfortable demonstrating products to customers. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your storytelling ability to bring our beautiful products to life.
