Neal's Yard Remedies is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our friendly team in delivering a high-touch customer experience. You will support the Store Manager to maximise sales, build lasting relationships, and guide customers with our skincare range and wellness therapies.

You will be a people person with a caring attitude, comfortable demonstrating products and sharing stories to bring our guided skincare trials to life. This role emphasises excellent customer service and teamwork.
