As our Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, efficacious products that delight our customers and make a real difference. Sitting at the heart of our Product Development team, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end NPD process – from concept to launch – ensuring every product reflects our values and commitment to people and planet. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, proactive individual who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and seeing ideas come to life.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the full product development journey: from translating insights into briefs, validating concepts with consumers, and landing finished goods on time, in full, and within cost.
- Turn macro trends and consumer insights into compelling product propositions, influencing packaging, formulation, fragrance, claims, and design.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Brand team to deliver strategy through a robust product pipeline and best-in-class engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners – from research and manufacturing to design agencies – confidently briefing and critiquing to meet business objectives.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams, driving alignment and approvals at key decision points.
