You\’ll be joining at a perfect time, as we embark on a new strategy cycle with ambitious growth plans for the next five years. Working hand in hand with our commercial and marketing teams across retail, therapies, Amazon, e-commerce, home, and international channels, you\’ll help us deliver on these ambitions.

With a key focus on building capability, supporting leaders, and aligning people priorities to commercial plans, you\’ll become a strong partner within our Commercial space. You\’ll support the delivery of our strategy through robust people plans and initiatives to drive profitable growth and our strategic ambition.

You will act as a trusted partner, shaping organisational design, strengthening talent pipelines, and embedding performance and reward practices that drive performance, and enhance engagement. You will enable our commercial teams to compete effectively, whilst increasing market share, and expanding our brand presence.

You\’ll make a real difference with a blend of transactional and strategic priorities, helping support our goal of 1 million new customers . As our pulse-checker, you\’ll be actively listening to our people, championing engagement initiatives, and creating programs that keep energy high and turnover low.

Letting data lead the way, you\’ll leverage the people analytics to uncover insights, spot trends early, and implement initiatives within your respective area.

What you\’ll have

Business-related degree or equivalent and ideally be a chartered member of CIPD and or equivalent experience

Significant proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, ideally within the beauty, retail, or a related consumer goods industry

Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations

Support managers in performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives

Experience in building capability, growth frameworks and learning and development Deep understanding of commercial business drivers, retail operations, and market trends within the beauty sector

Think strategically about long-term business goals and people challenges

Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and best people practices.
