Do you have an eagle eye for detail? You'll be an integral part of our committed and fun team working in the packing and filling department at our award-winning eco-factory. As a Level 1 Production Operative, you'll have the ability to pick things up quickly and be responsible for supporting the production process, operating machinery, packing products, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards for quality and hygiene. As we continue to pioneer natural and organic health and beauty, one blue bottle at a time, you'll be working in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Guidelines), with experience and training on lines. Changing lines is desirable.

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 07:00 - 14:30 (Temp Contract until September 2026)

Where you'll play to win:

  • Liaise with the Line Leaders and Team Leaders to fulfil the next production requirement
  • Ensure all supplied materials are Quality Control passed for use
  • Ensure line production equipment and area is clean and fit for use
  • Make adjustments to machinery and processes in order to produce product within specification
  • Ensure that all products produced and/or assembled are within specification
  • Complete production schedules and record data on the Production QC Record Sheets

What You'll Have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced factory or warehouse environment
  • Practically minded, able to address a task in a logical and efficient manner
  • Numerate and computer literate
  • Can do attitude and flexibility in approach to tasks
  • Able to quickly recognise faults and quality issues, and make adjustments/actions accordingly
  • Willing to work reasonable overtime during peak periods
