As our Group Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial information, performance and position of the business. You’ll be creating the strong foundations to build a better business, meeting both internal and external expectations. Supporting our Finance Business Partner, you’ll provide a significant impact, shaping the quality of our financial processes at a pivotal moment, as we embark on our five‑year strategy and complete the implementation of our NetSuite ERP system.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes, improving efficiency and timelines
  • Preparing consolidated Group accounts (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow)
  • Ensuring balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations, accruals and journal reviews
  • Owning the record‑to‑report process, including nominal codes, control accounts and close procedures
  • Coaching and developing 2–3 Group Finance Assistant Accountants

What You’ll Have

  • ACA or ACCA qualification (we also welcome newly qualified Management Accountants)
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, month‑end close and balance sheet control
  • A high attention to detail with a completer‑finisher mindset
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a group or complex reporting environment
  • ERP system experience (NetSuite or similar is desirable)
  • The energy and resilience to deliver high‑quality outputs in a changing environment
