What you’ll have:
- Proven experience formulating within beauty, skincare, or personal care.
- Strong technical knowledge of formulation chemistry, ingredient functionality, and product stability.
- Passion for natural, clean, or eco‑certified formulations and sustainable ingredient sourcing.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross‑functionally and with external partners.
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Ability to build compelling product propositions and support a culture of innovation.
