NE Coaching Co. is a football coaching company based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. We provide academy-level coaching to young players across the North East through our exclusive evening sessions and holiday camps. Our programs are designed for invited participants only, ensuring focused and high-quality training for promising football talents.

Role Description

This is a role rhat could be part time or full time, depending on the individual. The role is on-site located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Football Coach will be responsible for leading and conducting training sessions for young players, developing coaching plans, providing feedback and support to players, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. The coach will work closely with other coaching staff to deliver high-quality football training and attend team meetings and events as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Football and Training young players
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work well with other staff and players
• Previous coaching experience at the academy level is a plus
• Relevant coaching certifications or licenses are beneficial
