Panoramic Associates are delighted to be working with a school based in Lincolnshire seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to join their team immediately on a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days per week).
As the Interim HR Manager, you will lead the HR function and manage two HR Administrators, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all HR operations. You will provide hands-on support and strategic advice, oversee payroll, and ensure compliance with all statutory guidance and school regulations. The school is currently implementing iTrent, so prior experience and support with this system will be highly valued.
Responsibilities- Lead the HR function and manage two HR Administrators, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

- Support implementation and use of the iTrent HR system.
- Proven HR Manager experience
