National Inspection & Consultants, an Element Company, is seeking qualified NDT Level II UT Immersion Technicians to support long-term aerospace inspection operations in Southern Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Perform automated UT immersion inspections on aerospace components per approved procedures
- Set up, calibrate, and operate immersion UT systems, including automated turntable scanners
- Interpret inspection data and evaluate results for acceptance or rejection
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain required quality records
- Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and internal quality requirements
- Interface with engineering, quality, and production personnel as required
Requirements:
- Current NDT Level II UT certification (ASNT SNT‑TC‑1A or equivalent)
- Experience with UT immersion / automated UT systems
- Aerospace or high‑precision manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
