National Inspection & Consultants, an Element Company, is seeking qualified NDT Level II UT Immersion Technicians to support long-term aerospace inspection operations in Southern Georgia.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform automated UT immersion inspections on aerospace components per approved procedures
  • Set up, calibrate, and operate immersion UT systems, including automated turntable scanners
  • Interpret inspection data and evaluate results for acceptance or rejection
  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain required quality records
  • Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and internal quality requirements
  • Interface with engineering, quality, and production personnel as required

Requirements:

  • Current NDT Level II UT certification (ASNT SNT‑TC‑1A or equivalent)
  • Experience with UT immersion / automated UT systems
  • Aerospace or high‑precision manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
