    • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure integrated and aligned execution.
    • Manage project-level budgets, resource requests, and delivery forecasts.
    • Escalate risks and issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on delivery.

    • Facilitate regular project reviews, stand‑ups, and progress reporting to maintain delivery cadence and transparency.
    • Ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders involved in R&D delivery.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Support to establish and maintain consistent delivery frameworks, tools, and ways of working across R&D projects.
    • Ensure clear documentation of scope, plans, progress, and outcomes for all initiatives.
    • Drive accountability for delivery timelines, outputs, and quality standards across cross‑functional teams.
    • Support continuous improvement of R&D delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
