We are looking for passionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Support Workers to join our agency pool in Peterborough. This role is ideal for those who value flexibility, consistency, and a supportive team. You’ll work across a range of care settings, providing person-centred care to vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care, toileting, and dressing
  • Promoting independence and dignity at all times
  • Supporting with medication (if trained)

  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Supporting in residential homes, supported living or domiciliary shifts

Essential Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • At least 6 months of recent care experience
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
  • PMVA/MAPA training (desirable for support roles)
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
