We are looking for passionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Support Workers to join our agency pool in Peterborough. This role is ideal for those who value flexibility, consistency, and a supportive team. You’ll work across a range of care settings, providing person-centred care to vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, toileting, and dressing
- Promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Supporting with medication (if trained)
- Observing and reporting changes in condition
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Supporting in residential homes, supported living or domiciliary shifts
Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- At least 6 months of recent care experience
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
- PMVA/MAPA training (desirable for support roles)
- Great communication and teamwork skills
