We are looking for an Apprentice Area Sales Manager to join us at Bathroom Distribution Group – Covering the North East of England. Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM / Full UK Driving Licence Required.
Bathroom Distribution Group is made up of Frontline and Smiths Briten, both being leading distributors of bathroom and plumbing products across the UK. Frontline Bathrooms Ltd have been supplying businesses throughout the UK for the last 25yrs+ with quality bathroom fittings sourced from various countries around the world.
We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and customer focused individual to join the team covering the North East of England in a temporary Area Sales Manager role, supporting the region during a period of maternity cover and development within the business. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with independent bathroom retailers, merchants and trade customers across the North East territory. You’ll work closely with customers to grow sales, increase product awareness and support the continued growth of the Frontline Bathrooms brand. This role combines hands on field sales experience with structured learning and development through an apprenticeship programme.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts across the region
- Identifying and opening new business opportunities
- Promoting new product launches, brochures and promotional activity
- Conducting regular customer visits and maintaining strong relationships
- Supporting showroom displays and merchandising opportunities
- Delivering sales growth in line with company objectives
- Using CRM systems to manage customer activity and opportunities
- Working closely with internal departments including customer service, marketing and operations
- Providing market and competitor feedback to the business
