We're looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our busy and supportive team.
About the role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering a positive customer experience, whether that's over the phone, by email or face to face. From repair enquiries and rent accounts to anti-social behaviour concerns and wider housing-related matters, you'll be helping customers navigate a wide range of situations, often at times when they need support the most.
This is a rewarding role, but it's also one that requires resilience. Often customers you speak to may be frustrated, upset or facing difficult circumstances. You'll be able to remain calm, professional and empathetic, listening carefully to understand their concerns and asking insightful questions to get to the heart of the issue. xgikmsk You'll be confident managing challenging conversations without taking criticism personally and able to explain processes, decisions and solutions in a clear way that customers can easily understand.
