The predicted salary is between 38000 - 38000 £ per year.
You'll undertake a broad range of inspections including stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments, void inspections, fire risk assessments, asbestos re-inspections, energy assessments and quality audits. You'll identify building defects, diagnose repairs and oversee work to ensure quality, compliance and value for money.
You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety standards. This is a customer-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues will be key to delivering excellent service.
What We're Looking For:
