The purpose of this role is to ensure all North Devon Homes residential areas are kept clean and tidy, maintaining the value of the Company’s land assets. Working as part of a team, undertaking a host of duties to include grass cutting, shrub maintenance, hedge cutting, spraying, litter collection, and play area inspections.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Grass cutting using powered mowers and strimmers.
- Hedge cutting using powered hedge cutters.
- Weeding and pruning of shrub beds.
- Litter picking.
About You
You will be looking to work for a supportive company delivering valuable services to the local community. Ideally, you will have experience in working outdoors. You will have an understanding and working knowledge of health & safety principles. You will work well in a team environment, be comfortable working independently, and be supportive of others. Hold a full driver’s licence. The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check.
