We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Income Coordinator to join our Finance Team. Working closely with the Income Team, Finance Team and Information Services, you'll help ensure income data is processed accurately and on time, supporting financial reporting and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Processing and reconciling rent, service charge and sundry income transactions.
  • Administering payment methods including Direct Debits, card payments and BACS transactions.
  • Posting and reconciling Housing Benefit payments.
  • Completing monthly reconciliations between housing and finance systems.
  • Supporting annual rent increase and service charge processes.
  • Assisting with year-end financial activities and reporting.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve queries and maintain data accuracy.

About You

  • You will have experience in working in a finance, accounting or income processing environment, also in reconciliations and financial controls.
  • You are partly or fully AAT qualified or you have a similar qualification.
  • You will have strong numerical and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • You will be highly computer literate with experience of using MS Word, MS Excel and databases.
  • You will be able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • You will have strong communication and customer service skills and a proactive and collaborative approach to work.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check.
