My client, a global engineering, design, and project management consultancy, is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Administrator for their office in Birmingham.

Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the recruitment team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the recruitment team inbox and all related administrative tasks
- Acting as the main point of contact for finance and accounts payable regarding invoice and rate queries
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the offshore HR transactions team, serving as their key contact
- Assisting Recruitment Advisors with the end-to-end recruitment process as needed, including onboarding via Workday and coordinating interviews
Skills & Competencies:
