Job Opportunity: Finance Business Analyst – Finance Transformation

We are working with a leading specialty insurance and reinsurance company headquartered in London that is undergoing a major finance transformation. They are seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of key transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling business cases to support transformation initiatives
  • Write detailed business requirements documents
  • Lead finance workshops and gather stakeholder input
  • Perform data analysis to drive informed decision-making
  • Design solution architectures and ensure effective data flows
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and operational teams
  • Track and report on project progress

Skills & Tools

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in finance transformation projects
  • Strong skills in writing business cases and creating business requirements documents
  • Tools: Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL
  • Software: Phinsys, PeopleSoft (advantageous)
