We are working with an accountancy and tax advisory practice company that is looking for an entry-level Facilities Assistant who is eager to take the next step in their career.

Work Arrangement: Onsite

You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring smooth operations across a variety of facilities tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process and distribute incoming post at the Appold Street office.
  • Handle franking, printing, and dispatch of post (special, recorded, and international)
  • Investigate unidentified mail using internal systems
  • Book outgoing courier services for same-day, overnight, and international packages
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming courier deliveries
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the basement storeroom
  • Deliver paper to printers and restock stationery cupboards as needed
  • Manage stationery orders and ensure adequate office supplies are maintained
  • Set up furniture and AV equipment for social hubs and meeting rooms
  • Handle document scanning, photocopying, and reprographics tasks such as binding
  • Coordinate with offsite storage facilities for sending and retrieving boxes
  • Log and track tasks via the helpdesk system
  • Support office moves and relocations
  • Operate the Building Management System (BMS) for the Appold Street office
