In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, driving delivery from concept through to completion. • You’ll establish and maintain programme baselines, carefully balancing dependencies, constraints, and scope to ensure effective delivery.
  • Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll build strong relationships, drive alignment, and ensure governance structures are effective, continuously improving through lessons learned.
  • In addition, you’ll proactively identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, support senior leadership decision‑making, and ensure projects are delivered safely within regulatory and organisational requirements.

  • Lead teams and contribute to organisational capability, including succession planning and emergency response roles.

What you’ll bring:

  • You bring a proven ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, balancing operational and project delivery perspectives with sound judgement and adaptability.
  • Your communication skills will enable you to engage and influence senior stakeholders, while your structured approach ensures high standards of quality, governance, and compliance are consistently met.
  • Degree in science/engineering (or equivalent) with significant relevant experience.
  • Strong background in contract management and regulated industry delivery, ideally nuclear.
  • Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
