We’re seeking experienced and driven Advanced Scaffolders to join our team, where your expertise will directly support safe, efficient project delivery and high-quality maintenance work. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your role, contribute your technical knowledge, and help shape best practices while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering a professional scaffolding service in line with NASC SG4 and TG20 guidelines, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant scaffold operations across all activities.
  • Maintaining safety standards, supporting site performance, and guiding others through your experience and leadership.
  • Carrying out scaffold operations and inspections (including post-weather and post-alteration checks), ensuring safe handover of working platforms and advising customers on scaffold access and practical solutions.
  • Supporting project delivery through planned maintenance work, additional site tasks, and fulfilling responsibilities linked to relevant authorisations.
  • Identifying equipment issues, driving continuous improvement in processes and practices, and ensuring compliance with TG20, SG4 and BSEN standards.
  • Mentoring apprentices and providing technical guidance, including advising on specialist scaffolding matters and supporting working-at-height safety.
