Essential Requirements
- Driver roles require a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and business insurance.
- Must be able to work evenings and every other weekend (minimum of 25 hours a week). Mornings available during school holidays.
- Passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
- Calm, patient and resilient approach
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and personal care is desirable
Role Overview
Supporting children and young people with additional needs in their homes and the community, including:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Promoting independence, life skills and social development
- Supporting community activities and outings
- Following care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
- Working with children who may display behaviours that challenge
